PadelMind provides padel match analytics, match recordings and GameMatch, a board for players to find games and courts. GameMatch is free to use. Recordings, reports and live viewing are paid products — the charges are set out below.
All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the applicable rate, currently 18%, and the total is rounded up to the next rupee. Prices are per hour of play, with a minimum of one hour, and any part of an hour is charged as a full hour — a session of one hour and five minutes is charged as two hours.

We are registered under GSTIN 27ACAPM7018E1ZV. An invoice showing the amount charged and the GST separately is available on request, by email or WhatsApp.
Payment is made by UPI before anything is delivered. Payments are confirmed manually against our bank records, so there is a delay between paying and receiving your order — usually short, but a late-night session may be confirmed the following morning. We will message you when your order is confirmed and again when it is ready. We do not guarantee a delivery time.
The full match video is delivered as an unlisted link on YouTube. Unlisted means the video does not appear in search or on any channel, but anyone you send the link to can watch it. The link is not private and it is not restricted to you. Please treat it accordingly, and share it only with people you are happy to have watch the match.
The video is sold once per court for the session — not per player.
Courts fitted with PadelMind are filmed continuously while the system is running, whether or not anyone has ordered a recording. A notice is displayed at the court.
The court is under CCTV 24/7 regardless of us — that is the venue's own security recording and it does not stop. Our camera keeps recording too.
What stops is us producing or publishing anything from that period. Use the PAUSE card at the net, or the pause link on it, and choose the period — from and to. We will then produce and publish nothing from it: no report, no match video, no highlights, for any player on court. No questions asked. If you had already paid for that session, tell us and we will refund it in full.
When you order a recording you confirm that you have the agreement of everyone on court to that session being recorded and to the report or video being produced. We rely on that confirmation.
Our retention period is 3 days: raw footage is kept for 3 days after the session and is then deleted. A session can only be bought while its footage still exists. Reports, cards and videos you have already bought are kept in your match archive and are not affected.
If we cannot deliver what you paid for — the footage is unusable, the session was not captured, or you paused a session you had paid for — we refund in full to the account you paid from. If you change your mind before we have processed the session, tell us and we will refund it. Once a report or video has been delivered, it has been supplied and is not refundable.
Your match data belongs to you. We do not sell it and we do not share your reports, videos or statistics with a coach, club or anyone else unless you ask us to. Where a venue receives a share of what you spend, it receives the amount, never your data.

Post real games, honest levels and prices you intend to honour. Payment for games and courts is agreed directly between players; PadelMind is not a party to those transactions and venue prices shown are indicative only.
Contact details unlocked through GameMatch are for coordinating play. Misuse — spam, harassment, or commercial solicitation — leads to removal.
We'll update these terms as the product grows. Prices and charging rules that change will apply to sessions from the date of the change, never retrospectively to an order already placed. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
